Mågelibana nearby Trolltunga opened this summer?

In German speaking Norway-forums I could not get an answer to that. Some people say that it is being prepared for re-opening in 2008? Does anyone know more details about that? I would like to walk up to the Trolltunga this year but I will not climb up the stairs beside...

Every human being are capable of committing murder. However, not everyone are capable of camping. Thus, the difference of camping and homicide are greater that one might think.

That's nothing... Don't you know the Kjeragbolten at the end of the Lysefjorden in Norway??

First time I saw it in the funny video "Where the hell is Matt?" in 2006 and I immediately thought: I have to climb an that rock. And I did that only 3 months later I will go back there this summer. It is an absolutely amazing feeling to stand on this small rock that hangs 1000m above the ground.

You should not fear of heights, you must be free from giddiness and you really have to concentrate on that. But consider it from another point of view: Thousands of people went on this rock and came back There is a little secret: The rock's surface is round and you just can stand in the middle. So you can't see directly to the deep ground. Otherwise I would not have gone up there...

Been there I was standing on that freakin rock. Damn, I was really shaky :S. Over 1000 meters below I think. There was some big boats in the ocean below and they look like small ants :P.

It is one meter in width over a 700-meter fall, and over time it has lost its handrail. Some parts of the walkway have completely collapsed and have been replaced by a beam and a metallic wire on the wall. Many people have lost their lives on the walkway in recent years. After four people died in two accidents in 1999 and 2000, the local government closed the entrances. However, adventurous tourists still find their way into the walkway.
